We appreciate the opportunity of providing you a proposal for Bookkeeping and Compliance Management. To ensure a complete understanding between us, this letter will describe the scope and limitations of the services we will provide for you.
What We’ll DoOur Bookkeeping and Compliance Management Services as described in Proposal ID:
Financial Starting YearThe client requires the books to be cleaned up and in order beginning with calendar year: Select a starting calendar year201920202021202220232024 and thereafter.
What We Won’t DoWe will make no audit or other verification of the data you submit. We may provide reports which contain portions of financial information; these reports are for internal management use only. We will not provide any financial statements (other than those used for internal management purposes or tax professional for tax purposes) and will not perform any compilation, review or audit of any of the financial information. We do not at any time provide legal services of any type. We have not been requested to discover errors, misrepresentations, fraud, illegal acts, or theft, and therefore, have not included any procedures designed or intended to discover such acts, and you agree we have no responsibility to do so.
What We Need from YouIn order to complete the service, we will need to obtain information on a timely and periodic basis from your organization. These items include the data file, supporting documents, answers to any question we might have, and any other information that we may require to complete the work of this engagement. These items and any other items that we obtain from you will be based on information provided by you and will be used without any further verification or investigation on our part.
When We’ll Do ItThis engagement will begin upon acceptance. This engagement is made on a time-and-materials, best-efforts basis.
Services Outside the Scope of this LetterYou may request that we perform additional services at a future date not contemplated by this engagement letter. If this occurs, we will communicate with you regarding the scope and estimated cost of these additional services. Engagements for additional services will necessitate that we issue a separate engagement letter to reflect the obligations of both parties.
FeesAll fees and payment terms have been outlined in the proposal. A payment authorization form is required to process all fees.
Your account must remain current to ensure delivery of services. All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation of Services
Either party may cancel the agreement at any time. Any applicable termination fees have been outlined in the proposal.
QuickBooks Online Subscription
How will your QuickBooks Online subscription be set-up?
Choose an OptionWe have a 501c3 approval. We will acquire a subscription for $75 per year through TechSoup.org.We have an existing QuickBooks Online Subscription.We will acquire our own QuickBooks Online Subscription through Intuit.Please add our company to the W&A wholesale account. Payment AuthorizationYou agree to the following pre-authorized checking withdrawal agreement with Whitfield & Associates LLC:
You agree to monthly withdrawals from your checking account for payment of any set-up fees, deposits and monthly fees under this agreement, reimbursement for QuickBooks Online Wholesale Accounting and Payroll Subscriptions (if applicable). Amounts are subject to change from time to time based on services provided.

By signing this form, I understand I waive my right to receive additional prior notice of the deduction indicated above. I also authorize a $30.00 service charge for returned unpaid drafts from my bank. I agree to the above-marked automatic checking debit and will abide by any charge that is accrued for insufficient funds.
This authorization will remain in full force as indicated above, unless Whitfield & Associates LLC has received prior written notice from me at least 15 days before the scheduled withdrawal is due to take place.
